Hi, importing live photos (into the current gif you’re working on) will be included in Giffer v3.5, which should be available in about a week!

    Happy giffing!

  5. Direct upload to Facebook, now that Facebook supports GIF

As Facebook now supports GIF, it should be possible to either upload directly or to create a link that will display the GIF directly within Facebook.

  6. combine gifs you've made

combine gifs you've made. Setting them next to each other in the editor...good for large video time lapsing.

  7. Support burst mode photos

I took 16 pictures in the Camera app using the burst feature where I held down the shutter button. However Giffer Pro only sees one picture.

I’m pleased to announce that importing burst photos into your gif will finally be possible in Giffer, with version 3.5. The next version should be available in about a week, as soon as Apple approves it.

    Thanks and happy giffing!

I’m pleased to announce that in Giffer v3.5 you’ll be able to export your gifs as videos! Then you can share your gifs as videos to services that don’t support animated gifs. (Note: Instagram sharing will also be available in Giffer v3.5). Version 3.5 should be ready in about a week, as soon as Apple puts a ring on it.

    Happy giffing!

  10. iOS 7 flat interface

The app is amazing, but so ugly to be honest...
A flat design would improve the ergonomy

From the camera screen, tap the button to the left of the red shutter button, then choose “a gif” to import that gif’s frames. Then repeat the process for a different gif, and you can now run 2 gifs together in a row.

  13. Ability to pause GIFs

Some GIFs have that sweet spot, that one frame that's so awesome you just want to state at it for a while. It would be awesome if we could have some sort of pause button for our GIFs.

In the next version of Giffer gifs will pause while you scroll. If you’d like to pause a GIF, simply scroll a bit and hold your finger down. The gif will remain paused while your finger is pressed on the screen.

  14. Skip some frames when importing videos from camera roll

For exame: We should be able to say: only import every fourth frame of a camera roll video. Especially sincd some videos have 120 fps now ;)

Thanks for the great suggestion! “Import frame skip” [0-20 frames] will appear in Giffer’s general settings in the next version, which is coming super soon!

Hi, this is possible while creating new GIFs, and the ability to save previously made GIFs will be in the next version of the app. Thanks for the suggestion!

  17. Allow removing the watermark

You can hide the watermark if you'd like, using the camera "options" menu. Check out this article for details: https://giffer.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/277882-can-i-remove-the-watermark

  19. Tag presets for tumblr so you don't have to type them every time

It would be nice if we could define a set of preset tags to be added to tumblr for each gif we make. Right now we have to re type them for each new gif.

My favorite requests are ones that already exist! :) Go to Settings → Tumblr and enter comma-separated tags you’d like to have by default for each post to tumblr.

  20. gifs with text

allow users to add text to their gifs :)
