I’m pleased to announce that in Giffer v3.5 you’ll be able to export your gifs as videos! Then you can share your gifs as videos to services that don’t support animated gifs. (Note: Instagram sharing will also be available in Giffer v3.5). Version 3.5 should be ready in about a week, as soon as Apple puts a ring on it.
Happy giffing!

Ability to pause GIFs
Some GIFs have that sweet spot, that one frame that's so awesome you just want to state at it for a while. It would be awesome if we could have some sort of pause button for our GIFs.
7 votesIn the next version of Giffer gifs will pause while you scroll. If you’d like to pause a GIF, simply scroll a bit and hold your finger down. The gif will remain paused while your finger is pressed on the screen.

Tag presets for tumblr so you don't have to type them every time
It would be nice if we could define a set of preset tags to be added to tumblr for each gif we make. Right now we have to re type them for each new gif.
1 voteMy favorite requests are ones that already exist! :) Go to Settings → Tumblr and enter comma-separated tags you’d like to have by default for each post to tumblr.
