Allow re-arranging frames
While creating a GIF I'd like the ability to re-arrange the frames, possibly by holding my finger on a frame and dragging it left and right between the other frames.

Yep, due to complexities with the new thumbnail layout I had to defer it.

This function was available before the update, not sure why it had to be left out?
