@gavin It's not a thing already for a few reasons: First and foremost, Giffer is an animated gif making app, and Instagram does not support animated GIFs. For more information on animated GIFs, check out this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graphics_Interchange_Format
That said, I do hope to add Instagram support in a future release. Just not sure when yet, since other features are currently taking priority.
