Advanced password
When entering the decoy password (4digits) it opens a secondary main page with only samples (as if it would be with a recently downloaded app) with a smart feature on taking a picture, time it was unlocked, and map location for security breach purposes.
22 votesThis sounds like a whole different kind of app, and not the direction I’d like to take Giffer in. But thanks anyway for the suggestion, I really do appreciate it!

Allow uploading to iFunny
Ifunny is an amazing, funny app where you can upload GIFs, photos, or videos. This would make sense because I would be able to upload GIFs strait through this amazing app
7 votesThe owner of iFunny does not seem to be interested in providing access to an API.

resizing gifs for tumblr
tumblr only accepts 1mb gifs and some are over that limit and you can't post them onto tumblr so it should automatically resize to fit the limit

Optionally add password/TouchID when entering Giffer
Would be nice to have this feature since its one of the best app there is.
Privacy would be nice.4 votes -
Original Image Quality Option
Allow for preservation of original image/video resolution.
3 votesHi, there are 2 reasons why I unfortunately have to decline this feature. Animated GIFs, by definition, have a reduced color palette. (A maximum of 256 colors). This means:
1) The “quality” of the original image is not achievable.
2) Creating a GIF with the dimensions of the original image would make the GIF file size insanely large.
Thanks anyway for the suggestion!

Allow 1 frame / single frame GIFs
I'd like to be able to store a 1 frame gif.

Unfortunately this requires jailbreaking your device. You can still use GIFs made with Giffer as your wallpaper though!

gif from video > 5 seconds
They new gif from video feature is sweet btw
1 voteThanks for the suggestion! The time limit is due to device memory and disk space constraints and isn’t really directly related to video import. In the future if longer GIFs are possible (even longer than Giffer Pro) the video import time limit will increase automatically. Thanks again!

Be able to save gifs as background wallpapers.
Wouldnt it be awesome if you made or found a really cool gif and was able to watch it in your lock screen?
1 voteIt would be awesome indeed, unfortunately it requires jailbreaking. Thanks for the suggestion!

Longer Gifs w/audio or music you've made yourself. integrate with soundcloud.
Being able to make (granted lower res) longer gifs from photo bursts, etc. with the added ability to add your personal © music/sound design with integration and sharing to #soundcloud. This gives you a one-app way to create multi or intermedia.
1 voteThank you for the suggestion, I appreciate it!
Unfortunately though, I feel that it reaches outside the scope of Giffer’s primary focus: creating animated GIFs. Animated GIFs do not support sound. Soundcloud is an audio/music sharing service that (correct me if I’m wrong) I don’t believe supports animated GIF or video playback. Longer GIF support has been suggested by others, if you’d like to vote for that please do so here: http://giffer.uservoice.com/forums/152157-support-and-feature-requests/suggestions/5487121-allow-for-even-more-frames-longer-gifs
Thanks again!

Thanks for the suggestion!
Google Plus currently has no API for posting/writing (it has history, which is somewhat ghetto.) and the PIcasa APIs are deprecated. :(

Add a separate voice feature
So we can narrate the movies
0 votesThere is no way to add audio to GIFs – these are Animated GIFs, not videos, sorry about that!
- Don't see your idea?
